Welcome to Thamesbury’s shipping program, designed with the ease of customers in mind.
All shipments are made from Singapore via Singapore Post, typically within 3 working days from the date of order and payment. Both standard shipping and expedited shipping are fully trackable on the Singapore Post website, allowing you to find out exactly where your order is. To facilitate the straightforward and smooth service we are proud to deliver, we’ve created a simple guide to estimated shipping times below.

Standard Shipping - Time Estimates

The chart displays estimated shipping times, calculated in working days (Mondays to Fridays excluding public holidays). We appreciate that our customers are often busy people who don’t always have time to plan ahead. Therefore we offer an expedited service for last minute shopping and those who need their purchases quickly. Find our expedited shipping time and cost estimates below the zones information.

If your country was not listed in one of the shipping zones above, then it will qualify for “Rest of the World” shipping rates.

Expedited Shipping - Time & Cost Estimates

Zone 1 (US$ 25: 3 - 5 Days)
Zone 2 (US$ 40: 5 - 7 Days)
Zone 3 (US$ 50: 6 - 8 Days)
Rest of the World (US$ 65: 7 - 10 Days)

Good news for those in a hurry, we offer an expedited service via Speedpost EMS/ Express (provided by Singapore Post) for an additional fee. Times are displayed in working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Things To Note

  1. Thamesbury will not be responsible for any tariffs, tax and/or import restrictions imposed by your country of residence. You may be required to pay your delivery or customs agent, any relevant tariffs or import before your order can be delivered to you.
  2. Whilst Thamesbury strive to maintain our shipping time estimates, we make no guarantees and will accept neither liability nor honour any claim towards ruminative action stemming from a longer than estimated time-to-ship. (‘Time-to-ship’ refers to the time period between when you place your order with us, and the handing of the product over to the carrier for transport) Thamesbury will ship to any physical address in our listed shipping zones above.
  3. Thamesbury will not ship to P.O Boxes, as a signature may be required. Some addresses may not be deliverable due to unforeseen human, natural or legal circumstances. We ask that you’re available to receive your order, in order for us to complete your delivery without delay. Thamesbury’s preferred international carrier is Singapore Post; all shipping will be completed through them, unless otherwise stated. Thamesbury shipping prices may vary according to carrier prices.
  4. Thamesbury guarantees that prices will be accurately displayed at the time of purchase, unless shipping rates were changed at your request (change of carrier service, etc.) with email confirmation.
  5. All build and ship times are counted in business days only. Thamesbury honours all holidays honoured by our carrier. We follow a Monday – Friday week.
